Dear Members,

The website migration to our new platform is complete. The migration was not able to preserve your former password on the ClubExpress host. Please follow the instructions below to reset you password on the new platform.

If you don’t remember your username, you must have the system send it to you first.

1. Go to www.avfp.org. In the left column under the “Member Login” box click on the link in blue “Forgot login?"
2. Check the box for “Lost username” and enter your email address (the one this email was sent to).
3. Click on the “Send Username/Password” button.
4. Check your inbox or Spam mail folder for an email from “ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ” with your username.

If you remember your username you just need to reset your password.

1. Go to www.avfp.org. In the left column under the “Member Login” box click on the link in blue “Forgot login?”
2. Check the box for “Lost password” and enter both your username and your email address (the one this email was sent to).
3. Click on the “Send Username/Password” button.
4. Check your inbox or Spam mail folder for an email from “ This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ” with your temporary password.
5. Go back to www.avfp.org, log in with your username and temporary password.
6. In the left column, “Members” box click on “My profile”.
7. Along the top of the profile are 3 menu buttons: Community, Edit and Connections. Under “Edit” click “Update Your Profile”.
8. Under the “Contact Info” tab, enter your new password, and repeat the entry. You can also take a moment to update your contact information!
9. At the bottom of the page, click the “Update” button.
